What are Feedback Sources?

Feedback sources: find the right integration guide

Feedback-source integrations import customer conversations, reviews, surveys, calls, and other feedback into Enterpret. Choose the guide for your source below, then check its prerequisites and the setup options available in your workspace.

Choose the right setup

Feedback-source guides

Available sources and controls can differ by workspace. A guide describes the source-specific setup; it does not enable a source for your organization.

What happens after connecting a source?

Enterpret fetches eligible source data, processes the feedback, and makes it available to the analysis tools in your workspace. Source filters, permissions, import history, and processing can affect which records appear. See troubleshoot missing data or different counts.

Request a source

If your source is not listed or you cannot find its setup option, contact Enterpret Support or your Enterpret contact. Include the source name and the feedback you want to import.

For an evaluation using sample files, follow Share files with Enterpret for a POC.
