Overview

Typeform's integration enables Enterpret to directly ingest the responses from the surveys in Typeform into Enterpret.

We require authorization to fetch responses through the Typeform API. The current default polling interval is 4 hours. Your integration may use a different configured schedule, including an older interval. Contact your Enterpret team to confirm the schedule for your connection.

Polling schedules periodic checks for eligible source data. Data becomes available for analysis after fetching and processing; the polling interval does not guarantee when a particular record or the first import will appear.

How to integrate Typeform?

Before you start: Sign in to Enterpret as an Admin (or Owner, where enabled). Use a Typeform account that can access the forms you want to import and authorize the connection.

Follow these steps to connect Typeform responses:

1. Open Integrations
   Open Integrations in Enterpret and select New Integration.

2. Choose Typeform
   Search for Typeform, select it, and choose Continue or Connect, as shown. If asked to choose an integration type, select Feedback Integration.

3. Choose or connect a Typeform account
   If a connected account is offered, select it, or choose Add Workspace to connect another account. For a new connection, complete Typeform’s sign-in and authorization prompts, then return to Enterpret.

4. Select one form
   In the Integrate a Typeform Form panel, choose the connected Typeform account shown in Select Workspace. Use Select Typeform form to choose one form.

5. Describe the feedback
   Under Describe the type of feedback being integrated, describe the responses you are importing. Complete any required fields before proceeding.

6. Integrate the selected form
   Click Integrate to add the selected form. To add more forms, use Integrate & Add Another and repeat the form selection and description steps. Close the panel when you have finished adding forms.

7. Review the integration
   Check the configured forms and any reported setup or ingestion issues in the Typeform integration details. Eligible responses from the configured forms are fetched on the integration's polling schedule and then processed for analysis.

Technical Details

API Endpoint: Typeform Responses API (GET /forms/{form_id}/responses), polled on the configured schedule.

Setup and ingestion status: Open the Typeform integration to review its status and any reported errors. A saved connection or Active status does not confirm that a particular response has finished processing. Check the imported responses after polling and processing.

Sync Frequency: Default polling every 4 hours; the configured schedule for an existing integration can differ. Source availability and processing affect when responses appear.

Analyze this feedback with Enterpret Agent

Once this integration's feedback is available in Enterpret, use Enterpret Agent to investigate themes, summarize customer requests, and prepare reports. Specify this source and the reporting period in your request. For daily reports, weekly digests, and recurring reporting, configure scheduled Agent automations with Slack or email delivery.

This guide covers feedback ingestion. Agent connectors are a separate setup for reading external context or taking supported actions in other tools; connecting a feedback source does not automatically authorize those actions.
