Enterpret Features Explained

Updated by Vaishnavi

Use this capability directory to choose a feature and open its setup or task guide. For an overview of the platform, see Introduction to Enterpret. For a first investigation, follow Getting Started with Enterpret Agent. The features shown in your workspace depend on its configuration and access.

Knowledge Graph

Feedback can be linked to users, accounts, and other business context supplied to your workspace. Configure the sources and matching rules, then validate representative links; complete context is not added automatically to every record.

Why it matters: Quickly identify which feedback impacts your highest-value customers, understand patterns across product lines, and prioritize based on actual business impact, not just volume.

The Knowledge Graph connects entities such as Accounts, Users, Opportunities, Products, and custom business objects. Where the Knowledge Graph interface is enabled, you can explore configured relationships there — for example, viewing all feedback linked to a specific account or filtering insights by product area.

Adaptive Taxonomy

Enterpret organizes feedback into five-level taxonomy paths: L1 → L2 → L3 → Theme → Sub-theme. The first three levels describe product areas, while themes and sub-themes describe the feedback within those areas.

How it works:

  • Keywords (L1/L2/L3): Three-level hierarchy that mirrors your product structure. L1 provides high-level themes for executives, while L2 and L3 give teams the granularity they need for action.

  • Themes and Subthemes: Automatically surface the underlying patterns and motivations in customer feedback. Themes capture what customers are discussing, while subthemes reveal the nuanced "why" behind their feedback.

Why it's different: Onboarding establishes your classification structure. Review classifications and proposed hierarchy changes as your products and business evolve, and use the Taxonomy guide for the supported editing and publication workflow.

Taxonomy changes prepared with Enterpret Agent are saved as a draft for review. They do not change the live taxonomy until you explicitly publish the complete set of prepared changes. Review the impact and choose the historical coverage before publishing; editing is temporarily unavailable while the update runs. See Taxonomy Management for the full workflow. Individual record prediction edits are a separate action.

For a detailed guide on editing keywords, themes, and managing your taxonomy, see What is the Taxonomy?.

Enterpret Agent: investigate, report, and act

Start an Enterpret Agent Session to ask questions about customer feedback, investigate changes, and create reports or other supported artifacts. State the sources, segment, time period, and output you need. Review counts, quotes, and source links before sharing.

Use scheduled Agent automations for daily reporting, weekly digests, and recurring team updates. Use connectors for external context and supported actions. Skills provide reusable methods and Rules provide standing guidance. Check the automation's own settings and permissions before enabling background work.

See Enterpret Agent for your first Session. Some workspaces retain the legacy Wisdom experience with its own controls.

Agents: Turn every signal into action—automatically.

Use agents to review feedback and deliver findings through the workflows configured for your workspace. Quality Monitor runs periodically; review its configuration and available delivery options.

Enterpret Agents Library:

  • Quality Monitor Agent: Looks for unusual increases in eligible customer feedback and investigates candidate issues. Alert delivery and follow-up actions depend on the monitor configuration and the features enabled for your workspace.

  • Escalation Agent: Reviews eligible feedback for escalation risk using configured customer context and criteria. Review its findings and delivery configuration before deciding how to respond

  • Scheduled Agent automations: Configure recurring digests and reports, including their scope, schedule, delivery, and tools. See Scheduled Agent Automations

Why agents matter: Agents help surface signals for your team to review. Check the supporting evidence and configured destinations before relying on a finding.

Permissions and editing: Saved automation permissions depend on your workspace role, item access, status, and the setting being changed.

Owners (where enabled), Admins, Editors, and Members can create their own saved automations where available. Viewers cannot create or edit saved automations. Interactive Enterpret Agent Sessions have separate permissions, including Viewer use where available. See User Management for the full permissions table.

Feedback Source Integrations

Enterpret supports native and custom feedback sources for tickets, reviews, calls, surveys, social media, and more. Check the options available to your workspace or contact Enterpret about another source.

Feedback-source examples include Zoom, Zendesk, and Instagram. Linear and Jira are separate work-item workflows.

For the full list of supported feedback sources, see Integration Descriptions.

Workflow Integrations

Connect customer intelligence directly into your development and collaboration workflows.

Current integrations:

  • Jira: Use the Jira guide to choose the supported setup, mapped fields, and workflow for your workspace

  • Linear: Create issues from feedback with full context

  • Slack: Use the Slack hub to choose feedback ingestion, report delivery, Ask Enterpret in Slack, or a personal Agent connector. These have separate setup and access

Available integrations: Check the Integrations page in Enterpret or contact your Enterpret team for the options available to your workspace.

For setup and field-mapping details, see each integration's guide: Jira · Linear · Slack.

Core Platform Features

Categories

Feedback is automatically classified by intent: Help, Improvement, Complaint, and Praise. This helps you understand not just what customers are saying, but what they're asking you to do.

More about categories

Quantify

Visualize feedback trends and patterns based on your taxonomy structure. See which themes matter most, track changes over time, and make data-backed decisions.

Anomaly Detection

Use Show Anomalies in supported Quantify trend analyses to flag above-baseline activity with a configurable threshold. Review the contributing feedback to investigate the change. This highlights chart results; it does not by itself set up alert delivery. A drop is not flagged simply because it is far below the baseline.

How to configure Anomaly detection?

Track feedback volume and sentiment over time for any theme, product area, or customer segment. Understand how patterns evolve and inform your roadmap accordingly.

Dashboards

Create custom views that monitor the metrics most important to your team. Share dashboards across the organization to democratize customer insights.

Saved Items

Use Saved Items for supported saved views such as Feeds, Quantify analyses, Dashboards, and Knowledge Collections. Access and editing depend on the item’s permissions and availability.

Data enrichment

Automatically enrich feedback with AI-powered signals such as sentiment, normalized fields, and calculated metrics—so your analyses are consistent and easier to query.

Available enrichment functions depend on your workspace’s function catalog and configuration. Select the function shown in your workspace or ask Enterpret about a custom function. For details, see Data Enrichment and Unified Fields.

Administration & Access

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Use your organization's identity provider for sign-in through a supported SAML or OIDC setup. Provisioning through SCIM is a separate workflow from sign-in.

Start with Using Single Sign-on (SSO) for protocol and provider setup links. The SCIM 2.0 service provisions users and updates activation status and supported role mappings. Only its four documented role groups are supported; Owner is managed in the Enterpret app. See the SSO and SCIM guides for the exact limits rather than assuming every provider's setup is identical.

User Management

Control who accesses Enterpret and what they can do. Add users, assign roles, and manage permissions—all from a central interface.

For details, see: What is User Management in Enterpret?

Enterpret supports Owner (where enabled), Admin, Editor, Member, and Viewer roles. Owners and Admins manage workspace users and data integrations. Owners also have permission to add credits and manage Owner-role assignments. Editors manage taxonomy and metadata. Members consume insights and can create saved artifacts and their own automations where available. Viewers can view and query data, consume existing saved artifacts, and use Enterpret Agent where available. Creating or editing saved items also depends on item access, status and feature availability.

New users receive the workspace’s configured default role unless they accept an invitation with a different role. Owners and Admins can check or change Default User Role in Settings → Users & Permissions. Change an existing user’s role separately. See User Management for the full permissions breakdown.

Export API 2.0

Export API 2.0 lists exportable objects and returns CSV file links for hourly processing windows. Follow pagination and reconcile updates when loading the files into a warehouse or downstream tool.

Common use cases include syncing to a data warehouse for RevOps dashboards, feeding product analytics tools, and powering CS reporting workflows. For endpoint details and authentication, see Export API 2.0.
