Grain

Updated by Vaishnavi

Overview

Grain integration allows you to directly ingest Grain calls to Enterpret.

How it works

  • On initial connection, Enterpret backfills calls from the last 3 months that have enterpret as a tag.

  • Enterpret listens for new and updated calls, and ingests any call once the enterpret tag is added.

  • Note: Once a call is ingested, it is not removed from Enterpret even if the tag is later removed from the call in Grain.

Configure

  1. Go to https://dashboard.enterpret.com/ and log in.

  2. Navigate to the Integrations page:

    1. Click the logo icon on the left sidebar to open the integrations menu.

    2. Select Integrations from the menu.

  3. Click on the + New Integration button.

  4. Choose Grain from the list and click Connect.

  5. If you are not logged into Grain, you will be taken to Grain to sign in first.

  6. Once the above step succeeds, you will see Grain as a Connected integration in your account.

Analyze this feedback with Enterpret Agent

Once this integration's feedback is available in Enterpret, use Enterpret Agent to investigate themes, summarize customer requests, and prepare reports. Specify this source and the reporting period in your request. For daily reports, weekly digests, and recurring reporting, configure scheduled Agent automations with Slack or email delivery.

This guide covers feedback ingestion. Agent connectors are a separate setup for reading external context or taking supported actions in other tools; connecting a feedback source does not automatically authorize those actions.
