Sprig Integration

Overview

The Sprig integration allows you to ingest feedback data from Sprig surveys directly into Enterpret.

How to integrate Sprig?

1. Navigate to the Integrations Page

Click on Integration under profile menu.

The Enterpret profile menu highlights Integrations.

2. Add New Integration

On the Integrations page, click on the + New Integration button.

The Enterpret Integrations page highlights the New Integration button at the upper right.

3. Select Sprig

From the list of available integrations, click the Connect button next to Sprig.

The Add New Integration search shows Sprig with a Continue button.

4. Select Feedback Integration

Choose Feedback Integration to proceed.

5. Add the API Key

Add your Sprig API key and click Integrate.

The Sprig feedback integration form contains an API Key field and an Integrate button.

You can find the API key on Sprig's Data Export API Integration page.

Sprig's Data Export API integration page shows Development and Production API-key sections.

6. Select Surveys to Integrate

From the drop down menu, select the survey you want to ingest the data from.

Add Integration description to provide additional context that helps the prediction models understand the feedback more accurately.

The Sprig survey form includes workspace and survey selectors, a feedback description and integration buttons.

Click on Integrate & Add another to add more surveys to the integration.

And voilà! The integration is successfully set up.
