Set up and use Enterpret Wisdom in Slack to ask questions, get alerts, and receive scheduled updates about your customer feedback.

Written by Team Enterpret

The Enterpret Wisdom app for Slack brings your customers' voice right where you work. Ask questions about your feedback, get proactive alerts, and receive scheduled updates, all without leaving Slack.

Ask Enterpret Wisdom

Mention @Enterpret Wisdom in any channel, thread, or DM to ask questions about your customer feedback. Every answer is grounded in real customer conversations, with citations you can verify.

Enterpret Wisdom responds with a data-backed comparison, citing 538 records for onboarding across 84 accounts versus 162 for pricing across 23, with a breakdown of top affected accounts.

Before you start, you'll need:

  • An Enterpret admin to connect the workspace. If your Slack workspace restricts app installs, a Slack workspace admin or IT approval may also be required (common on Enterprise Grid).

  • A paid Slack plan to ask Enterpret Wisdom questions. Alerts and scheduled subscriptions work on any Slack plan.

To get started:

  1. Go to Settings
Click on your org's logo at the bottom left, then select Settings from the menu.

  2. Go to Enterpret on Slack

  3. Click Connect Workspace and authorize via Slack

If your Slack workspace requires admin approval for new apps, you'll see a "Request installation" screen. Your Slack admin will need to approve before you can continue.

  4. Once connected, any team member in your Enterpret org can @mention Enterpret Wisdom in Slack.
Note: Team members will be guided through a one-time sign-in the first time they @mention Enterpret Wisdom.

Where It Works

To protect your customers' feedback data, Enterpret Wisdom doesn't respond in externally shared Slack Connect channels. Ask in an unshared channel or DM instead.

  • Channels: Mention @Enterpret Wisdom in any public or private channel the bot has been added to

  • Threads: Ask follow-up questions in a thread for deeper context

  • DMs: Open a direct message with Enterpret Wisdom for private queries

Example Questions

  • "What are the top complaints this week?"

  • "Summarize feedback about onboarding from the last 30 days"

  • "What are customers saying about pricing?"

  • "Are there any new or trending issues?"

How Responses Work

Every response includes:

  • A direct answer to your question

  • Citations linking back to the original feedback records

  • The ability to ask follow-up questions in the same thread

You can provide feedback on each response to help improve Enterpret Wisdom over time.

Enterpret Wisdom uses large language models to generate responses. While answers are grounded in your organization's feedback data and include citations, they may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify critical insights against the cited source records.

Alerts

Enterpret Agents continuously monitor your customer feedback and surface issues that need attention, delivered directly to your Slack channels.

  • Quality Monitor detects real-time bugs and anomalies before their impact scales

  • Escalation Shield catches escalation risks early so your team can act before customers escalate further

Each alert includes a root-cause summary and links back to the relevant feedback in Enterpret.

Subscriptions

Stay updated on what matters to you with scheduled reports delivered to Slack.

  • Feed Subscriptions: Get regular updates on feedback matching your saved queries

  • Dashboard Subscriptions: Receive periodic snapshots of your dashboards

You can configure the frequency (daily, weekly) and choose which Slack channels receive the reports.
