Slack connections: choose the right setup
Choose the Slack connection that matches your task. Enterpret supports four workflows with different setup and permissions.

Connecting one workflow does not necessarily configure the others. In particular, adding an app for report delivery does not configure feedback ingestion, and asking Enterpret in Slack is separate from authorizing your personal Slack connector in Agent.
Find the right setup
Use the task-specific guide above for connection steps, channel access, permissions, and troubleshooting. When adding an app to a private channel, identify the app associated with that connection; several Enterpret apps may be installed in the same workspace.
If you receive repeated notifications for the same report or alert, contact Enterpret Support with links to the messages and the report or alert involved.
