Enterpret transforms scattered customer feedback into unified intelligence that drives action. Here's an overview of our key features that help you understand what your customers need and act on it—fast.
Knowledge Graph
Your feedback doesn't exist in vacuum. It comes from real users, tied to accounts, products, and business outcomes. The Knowledge Graph automatically connects all these relationships, giving every piece of feedback full business context.
Why it matters: Quickly identify which feedback impacts your highest-value customers, understand patterns across product lines, and prioritize based on actual business impact, not just volume.
The Knowledge Graph connects entities such as Accounts, Users, Opportunities, Products, and custom business objects. You can explore these relationships in the Knowledge Graph section of your Enterpret dashboard — for example, viewing all feedback linked to a specific account or filtering insights by product area.
Adaptive Taxonomy
Enterpret's multi-level taxonomy structure learns and evolves with your business, eliminating manual categorization work.
How it works:
Keywords (L1/L2/L3): Three-level hierarchy that mirrors your product structure. L1 provides high-level themes for executives, while L2 and L3 give teams the granularity they need for action.
Themes and Subthemes: Automatically surface the underlying patterns and motivations in customer feedback. Themes capture what customers are discussing, while subthemes reveal the nuanced "why" behind their feedback.
Why it's different: The taxonomy arrives accurate on day one through our onboarding process, then continuously adapts as your products and business evolve. Every classification is explainable and editable—you stay in control.
Changes are saved automatically, and updates appear promptly after edits. You can also review and adjust classifications at the individual record level when you need more precision.
For a detailed guide on editing keywords, themes, and managing your taxonomy, see What is the Taxonomy?.
Wisdom: The first AI assistant built for customer intelligence
Wisdom is your conversational intelligence partner, delivering research-quality answers in seconds instead of weeks.
Key capabilities:
Ask questions in plain English and get comprehensive answers with supporting charts, data tables, and direct links to source feedback
Multi-turn conversations that build on previous context
One-click citations to verify every insight
Save commonly used questions and workflows as Wisdom Rules to reuse personally or share with your workspace.
Choose the model used for a query (for example, a faster default option vs. a more capable option) based on the depth of analysis you need.
Available everywhere you work: Through our MCP Server integration, access Wisdom directly in Slack, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other tools your teams already use—no context switching required.
The available models are Sonnet 4.6 (fast, default) and Opus 4.6 (most capable). Use the model switcher in the Wisdom interface to select one before each query.
For a full walkthrough, see the Wisdom User Guide. For prompt ideas, see Wisdom Prompt Examples and Wisdom Rules Examples.
Agents: Turn every signal into action—automatically.
Proactive AI agents that monitor feedback continuously and deliver alerts when action is needed.
Enterpret Agents Library:
Quality Monitor Agent: Detects unusual spikes or drops in feedback volume, alerting you to emerging issues before they escalate
Escalation Agent: Flags emotionally intense, high-risk feedback from strategic accounts so you can intervene immediately
Newsfeed Agent: Delivers personalized digest summaries to keep teams informed about trends that matter to them
Why agents matter: Stop searching for insights. Agents find critical signals and deliver them to the right people at the right time with full context.
Permissions and editing: Users can manage and edit the agents they create, based on workspace permissions.
Admins, Editors, and Members can create and edit agents. Members can edit agents they created. Viewers have read-only access and cannot create or edit agents. See User Management for the full permissions table.

Core Platform Features
Categories
Feedback is automatically classified by intent: Help, Improvement, Complaint, and Praise. This helps you understand not just what customers are saying, but what they're asking you to do.
Quantify
Visualize feedback trends and patterns based on your taxonomy structure. See which themes matter most, track changes over time, and make data-backed decisions.
Anomaly Detection
Automated alerts when feedback patterns deviate from normal—whether it's a sudden spike in complaints or an unexpected drop in feature requests.
Trends
Track feedback volume and sentiment over time for any theme, product area, or customer segment. Understand how patterns evolve and inform your roadmap accordingly.
Dashboards
Create custom views that monitor the metrics most important to your team. Share dashboards across the organization to democratize customer insights.
Saved Items
Bookmark any analysis, dashboard, or insight for quick access later. No need to recreate the same views—your work is always one click away.
Data enrichment
Automatically enrich feedback with AI-powered signals such as sentiment, normalized fields, and calculated metrics—so your analyses are consistent and easier to query.
Built-in enrichments include Sentiment Shift, Total Response Time, Country Code Standardization, and Timestamp Conversion. Custom enrichments are available through your CSM. For details, see Data Enrichment and Unified Fields.
Administration & Access
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Secure, seamless sign-in using your organization's OpenID identity provider. Enhanced security with simplified access for your team.
Enterpret supports any OpenID-compliant identity provider. Dedicated setup guides are available for Okta (SAML) and Azure AD (SAML). SCIM 2.0 automated provisioning is supported for Okta and Azure.
User Management
Control who accesses Enterpret and what they can do. Add users, assign roles, and manage permissions—all from a central interface.
For details, see: What is User Management in Enterpret?
Enterpret has four roles: Admin (full control of integrations, users, data, and taxonomy), Editor (taxonomy and metadata management), Member (consume insights, create personal artifacts and agents), and Viewer (read-only access). New users default to the Member role. See User Management for the full permissions breakdown.
Export API 2.0
Export API 2.0 enables faster, more efficient data exports with improved throughput and error handling, making it easier to send Enterpret data to a data warehouse or downstream tools.
Common use cases include syncing to a data warehouse for RevOps dashboards, feeding product analytics tools, and powering CS reporting workflows. For endpoint details and authentication, see Export API 2.0.
Getting Started
Each feature is designed to help teams move from feedback chaos to confident action. Whether you need to identify trends, detect issues before they escalate, or understand what drives customer satisfaction, Enterpret provides the intelligence you need—when and where you need it.
