To get started with ingesting account data from Salesforce, follow these steps:

  1. Head over to https://dashboard.enterpret.com and log in to your instance.

  2. Navigate to the left side of the screen and click the logo icon to open the popover. Then, select the "Integrations" section from it. This opens up the integration settings page for the instance.

  3. On the integrations page, click the + NEW INTEGRATION button present at the top right corner. It opens up the panel which consists of all integrations that can be connected to Enterpret.

  4. From the list, search for and continue with "Salesforce".

  5. This will show a panel where you can choose the type of Salesforce integration you want. Since we are integrating with account, let's select the "Account" integration.

  6. You will be redirected to Salesforce. Log in and authorize the Enterpret App to connect to your Salesforce account. By doing so, it grants Enterpret the right permissions to pull data from Salesforce.

  7. After authorizing, you will be automatically redirected back to Enterpret. After a few seconds of loading, the Salesforce account integration will be connected and will appear in the list of connected integrations πŸŽ‰.

What's next? Once the integration is connected, we will start the ingestion process. This can take up to a few hours to reflect on the UI.

Additionally, you can start linking feedback records once accounts are ingested. This ensures that feedback records are accurately mapped to the corresponding accounts they belong to. To learn more, visit https://helpcenter.enterpret.com/en/articles/8611269-syncing-users-and-accounts#h_e5b7e3eacf
