Grain integration allows you to directly ingest Grain calls to Enterpret.

On the initial addition, we backfill calls from last 3 months which have "enterpret" as a tag on them.

We also listen to update to any new or existing calls, and ingest it if the "enterpret" tag is added to it.

Note:

Once a call is ingested, it's not removed from Enterpret, if the tag is removed from the call in Grain.

2. Once you have logged in successfully, navigate to the integrations page by clicking on 'Integrations' under "profile".

3. Click on the "+ New Integration" button.

4. Choose "Grain" from the presented options, by clicking the "Connect" button in front of it.

5. If you are not logged in, you will be taken to your Grain account, please login first.

6. Once the above steps succeed, you would see Grain as a "Connected" integration in your account.
