Overview
Grain integration allows you to directly ingest Grain calls to Enterpret.
How it works
On initial connection, Enterpret backfills calls from the last 3 months that have enterpret as a tag.
Enterpret listens for new and updated calls, and ingests any call once the enterpret tag is added.
Note: Once a call is ingested, it is not removed from Enterpret even if the tag is later removed from the call in Grain.
Configure
Go to https://dashboard.enterpret.com/ and log in.
Navigate to the Integrations page:
Click the logo icon on the left sidebar to open the integrations menu.
Select Integrations from the menu.
Click on the + New Integration button.
Choose Grain from the list and click Connect.
If you are not logged into Grain, you will be taken to Grain to sign in first.
Once the above step succeeds, you will see Grain as a Connected integration in your account.
