The Enterpret integration for ZohoDesk Support allows our customers to view customer support tickets directly inside Enterpret. This allows our customers to save time in going through tickets on a manual basis and make better and faster product decisions.
Overview
ZohoDesk is an inbound and pull-based integration where Enterpret directly ingests data from our customer support tickets into Enterpret.
We require a token in order to ingest the data, and ingest new data every 4 hours. The data is ingested via an API Integration.
Configure
Click on "Sign in with Google" and log in with your work email
Once you have logged in successfully, navigate to integrations page by clicking on 'Integrations' under profile.
Click on the "+ New Integration" button.
Choose "Zoho Desk" from the presented options, by clicking the "Continue" button in front of it.
You will be redirected to the Zoho Desk login page. Login using your account credentials.
Accept the terms and conditions.
Provide the required permissions to the Enterpret Client by clicking on “Accept”.
Once the above step succeeds, you would see Zoho Desk as a "Connected" integration in your account.
