Gong is where your most important (potential) customers interact with you and give you feedback. Most of that feedback is in a black box. Enterpret's integration with Gong opens up that black box. It's the best way to understand what your users think of your product, its features, and your competitors.
With the Gong integration of Enterpret, ingest Gong calls, and tag them automatically with your feedback taxonomy.

Overview
Gong is an inbound and pull-based integration, which directly ingests your Gong calls into Enterpret.
We require an OAuth token to fetch the data from Gong, which is ingested every 4 hours.
Notes:
Enterpret filters out any Private Calls during the ingestion.
Enterpret's integration with Gong overrides permission settings defined in the Gong app. Any call that is not marked as private, is ingested by Enterpret, and can be accessed by anyone within your organisation, from your Enterpret dashboard.
How to integrate Gong?
Steps to integrate Gong to your feedback data :
Go to lower left of the screen and click on the logo, a panel will open up, click on
Integrations.
On clicking
Integrations, this screen will open up.
On the top right corner of the screen, click on the
+ NEW INTEGRATIONbutton.
A list of all available integrations that can be done through Enterpret is shown on this screen.
Search around for Gong, Click on
CONTINUE >to move forward with the process of integration.
You will asked to choose the type of integration would you like Gong to be, choose 'Feedback Integration'
You will be redirected to Gong. Provide the required permissions to the Enterpret Client by clicking on the "Allow" button.
Note: If you are not logged in to your Gong account, please log in first.
Once the above step succeeds, you would see Gong as a connected integration in your account for Feedback Integrations.
