Overview

Facebook-Pages integration allows you to directly ingest comment threads to Enterpret.

How it works?

On the initial addition, we backfill comments from that page. The number of comments backfilled is the maximum of 600 posts, 3 months of posts.

For the newly added comments, we listen to the events from the page, and any comment added is stored with Enterpret.

All of the comments are used to form a thread with the parent comments and post internally.

Note: Each integration can be configured to only have 1 Facebook Page for which to pull data from. For adding more than one page, you will have to a create new integration.
