How to integrate Reddit?

Go to lower left of the screen and click on the tenant logo, a panel will open up.

​Click on Integrations.

On clicking Integrations, this screen will open up. On the top right corner of the screen, click on the + NEW INTEGRATION button.

A list of all available integrations that can be done through Enterpret is shown on this screen.

Search around for Reddit, Click on CONTINUE > to move forward with the process of integration.

You will asked to choose the type of integration would you like Gong to be, choose 'Feedback Integration'

On clicking 'Feedback Integration' on this step, you will be asked for authorization. Click on Allow to help Enterpret analyse feedback from your Reddit account

After this, a right side window will appear where you are required to add the following:
- the Subreddit name from where you want the feedback to be integrated
- the type of feedback that is being integrated (for this you can choose from the templates provided or enter a new one & it's description)

Below the description field, you can see validation radio buttons, which will check if the description filled up addresses all the underlying questions.

If the description is not good enough, you will encounter error states.

Here, for example, let's check General User Feedback for Subreddit - developersIndia. After filling up all the required fields, click on SAVE CHANGES

Voila! It's done. The specific Subreddit intergration is complete, will take up to 24 hours for the feedback data to be available for analysis
