Enterpret's integration for Qualtrics allows users to natively integrate customer survey responses directly into Enterpret’s data pipeline

Overview

Enterpret's integration for Qualtrics allows users to natively integrate customer survey responses directly into Enterpret’s data pipeline

We require the following details to kick start your Integration -

  1. Qualtrics Data Center ID

  2. Qualtrics Client ID

  3. Qualtrics Client Secret

Configuration on Qualtrics

Find your Qualtrics Data Centre ID

  1. Login to your Qualtrics Account and go to Account Setting on top right of your console.


  2. Go to Qualtrics IDs tab



  3. In the ID tab look, for User section. This section would have Datacenter ID. The value of Datacenter ID is of the format - abc1.

Create your Client ID and Client Secret

  1. Click the user settings icon in the top right hand corner of your Qualtrics account.

  2. Select Account Settings.

  3. Navigate to Qualtrics IDs.

  4. Choose OAuth Client Manager.

  5. Click Create Client.

  6. Enter a client name. This can be "Enterpret Integration"

  7. If desired, enter a contact email address.

    Choose the following scopes -

    read:survey_responses

    read:surveys
    read:survey_sessions

    We require read only permissions to access your survey data.

  8. For Grant Type, choose Authorization Code

    ADD the REDIRECT URL as -

    https://dashboard.enterpret.com/settings/integrations

  9. Click Create Client.

  10. Write down the Client ID and Client Secret and store them in a secure location.

    NOTE: Client Secret cannot be retrieved once you exit this window, please store them or you would need to create a new Client.

Using Client ID, Client Secret and Data Center ID, you can setup your Enterpret Integration.

Configuration on Enterpret

  1. Click on "Sign in with Google" and log in with your work email

  2. Once you have logged in successfully, navigate to integrations by selecting 'Integrations' under profile.


  3. Click on the "+ New Integration" button.


  4. Choose "Qualtrics" from the presented options, by clicking the "Continue" button in front of it.



  5. Provide Client ID, Client Secret (obtained above in Configuration on Qualtrics section), and select Data Center location. Click on INTEGRATE.



  6. You will be redirected to the Qualtrics login page. Login using your Qualtrics account credentials.



  7. You would be redirected to Enterpret after successful login, you can select your Survey, add a description about the survey, and click on INTEGRATE. If you wish to select multiple surveys, please select INTEGRATE & ADD ANOTHER.
