Overview

Stella Connect's integration enables Enterpret to directly ingest the responses from the surveys in Stella Connect into Enterpret. This allows our customers to quantify on a large scale, all the quantitative and qualitative responses they get.

We require a token in order to ingest the data, and ingest new data every 24 hours. The data is ingested via an API Integration.

Configure

Step 1: Enabling Stella Connect API

Enterpret needs to integrate into your Stella Connect account. In order to do that, we need to create the API inside your Stella Connect account.

In order to enable API, please navigate to “Settings” and “Integrations”.

Then click on “Enable API”

Step 2: Download API key and Secret key

To start using Stella Connect’s Data Return API, you will need:

  • Your company’s production API key. This is the same API key used for the Request API, available to your Stella Connect Administrator via the Integrations page

  • Your company’s API secret. This is also available to your Connect Administrator via a downloadable secret key file on the Integrations page

Please copy and save the API key temporarily somewhere and download the API secret.

Step 3: Authorize Enterpret to access Stella Connect data

  1. Click on "Sign in with Google" and log in with your work email

  2. Once you have logged in successfully, click on 'Integrations' under profile.

  3. Click on the "+ New Integration" button

  4. Choose "Stella Connect" from the presented options, by clicking the "Continue" button in front of it.

  5. Fill the following details in the presented form

    • Stella Connect API Key: Copied as part of Step 2

    • Stella Connect API Secret: Downloaded as part of Step 2

    • Stella Connect Subdomain: This is the subdomain for your Stella Connect account, you can find it in your Stella Connect URL, for e.g

In the above URL, "blancapeak" is the Stella Connect Sub Domain

  6. Once you have filled in all the details, click on the "Connect" button

  7. Once the above step succeeds, you would seeStella Connect as a "Connected" integration in your account
