The Search feature is a powerful tool designed to perform targeted searches across all your feedback records in Enterpret. Thanks to a wide range of filters tied to your integrations, it lets you search feedback based on the feedback's content, metadata, specific Keywords, or Reasons.

How Does the Search Feature Work?

The Search feature helps you visualize your findings with quick charts and widgets. This visualization makes it easy to digest and understand the results, aiding the analysis of the feedback you receive.

But how does this process work exactly?

When you input a query, the Search feature sifts through your feedback records to find the most relevant results based on the given criteria. The Search feature considers the feedback's content and metadata, providing a thorough review of all potential matches.

Feedback and Summary Views

The Search feature offers two modes of viewing your results: Feedback and Summary.

The Feedback view presents the complete text of the feedback record, enabling you to comprehend the customer's feedback in their own words, unfiltered and undiluted.

On the other hand, The Summary view gives a condensed version of the feedback, emphasizing the main points or issues raised by the customer. This is particularly helpful when you want a quick overview or need to run through many feedback records.

You can toggle between these views, tailoring your analysis to your specific needs or preferences.

Action Buttons

The Search page is equipped with a series of action buttons located at the top of the page. These buttons allow you to perform various operations related to your search like:

  • Save your search query for future reference

  • Subscribe to a search report for regular updates

  • Share your findings with your team

  • Adjust the time period of the feedback records in your search results

By default, the Search feature displays feedback from the past three months. To adjust this timeframe, click on the pencil icon in the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear where you can select your desired time period. Your search results will then refresh to reflect feedback records from the chosen duration.

Charts and Widgets: Visualizing Your Feedback

Enterpret displays your search results with visual aids like charts and widgets. They provide a graphic representation of your search results, showing details like:

  • Associated Trending Reasons

  • Feedback count trends for the Tracked Keyword

  • Source distribution of feedback for the Tracked Keyword, and

  • User Sentiment

These visual aids enable a quick, at-a-glance understanding of your feedback data and help you identify trends or patterns over time. This ability to visualize feedback ensures that your decisions are rooted in data and concrete insights.
