Enterpret's search feature can help you uncover specific insights from your customer feedback. However, It's essential to construct an effective search query to get the most out of your results - here's a quick guide on how to do that:

Step 1: Start Typing

To start, type in an aspect of your product or a potential reason for feedback in the search bar. The Search feature will suggest related Tracked Keywords and Reasons as you type. These suggestions are based on your feedback records and will help you to get the best results.

Step 2: Select a Suggestion

As you enter your query, you'll notice a list of matching Tracked Keywords, Reason, or filters suggested by Enterpret. Once you find a suggestion that resonates with your search, select it. Upon doing so, the system will return all feedback records associated with the chosen Keyword or Reason. This process provides you with a comprehensive understanding of customer sentiments towards the specific aspect of the product you're investigating.

Step 3: No Match? No Problem

If there's no match for the Keyword or Reason you're looking for, don't worry. You can still conduct a text search across all your customer feedback. Simply type in your query and press 'Go.' The Search feature will show all feedback records containing your query, allowing you to view results for a query that doesn't necessarily have a specific match.

Adding Filters and Nested Filters

To refine your search results further, Enterpret offers various filters. These filters can help you narrow down your results based on specific criteria. For example, you can filter your results based on the source of the feedback, the sentiment of the feedback, the date the feedback was received, and more. The more specific your query, the more relevant your results will be.

How to Add Filters

Click on the 'Add a Filter' icon in the query builder on the search page, type in the filters you want to add and pick from the suggestions. Once you've chosen your filters, press the 'Go' button.

How to Add Nested Filters

For a more complex and specific search, you can use nested filters. Click on the 'Nested Filter' icon beside the query. Nested filters let you create searches with multiple conditions, which adds depth to your query and further refines your search results.

Incorporate Operators and Conjunctions

If you want to alter the nature of your search, you can change operators and conjunctions. These are meant to make your search query more targeted and help you get the necessary feedback data. They enable you to conduct more advanced and precise searches.

What are Operators and How to Use Them in Your Search Query

Operators are search refinement tools like as equals, not equals, contains, does not contain, etc. To use these operators, click the dropdown menu and select from the range of operators available. Changing operators can make your search more precise and focused.

What are Conjunctions and How to Use Them in Your Search Query

Conjunctions are search refinement tools specifically meant to craft queries with multiple conditions. If your search includes multiple conditions, you can determine how those conditions relate to each other by changing the conjunction from 'AND' to 'OR' or vice versa. Click on the conjunction dropdown and select your desired conjunction.

After making all your changes, click the 'Go' button to generate the search results. This gives you a refined set of feedback that aligns with your specific query.

With some practice and these tools, you can leverage Enterpret's powerful Search feature to its full potential.
