Enterpret's integration for Freshchat allows users to integrate feedback from customer support conversations into Enterpret’s data pipeline.

The Enterpret integration for Freshchat allows our customers to integrate feedback from customer support conversations from Freshchat into Enterpret’s data pipeline. This allows our customers to understand and make decisions based on the feedback they receive on Freshchat.

We require an API token (PAT) in order to ingest the data, and ingest new data every 4 hours. The data is ingested via an API Integration.

How It Works?

Whenever someone responds to a conversation outside the 4 hour interval, Enterpret ingests the entire conversation and not just the new message. While this would create multiple copies of the same conversation inside Enterpret, it does not affect the data count while conducting an analysis inside Enterpret.

Enterpret ingests only resolved customer support conversations. If someone hasn’t responded to customer support questions, then we do not ingest that data.


Step 1: Generate a Freshchat API Token for your account

  1. Go to Settings in your Freshchat Account

  2. Go to API Tokens in the Settings section

  3. Click on Generate Token to generate an API token

  4. Click the Copy button to copy the generated token

Step 2: Connect Freshchat with Enterpret using the generated token

  1. Click on 'Integrations' under profile to view the integrations page.

  2. Click on the + New Integration button

  3. Click on the Freshchat to connect with it

  4. Paste the token that we copied from the Freshchat in the opened form, and click on the connect button
