Overview

Enterpret's Twitter integration is a powerful feature that allows you to seamlessly funnel public feedback from Twitter related to your specific handle into your Enterpret account.

This integration collects tweets where your provided Twitter handle is mentioned, providing an efficient way to keep your finger on the pulse of your customer's voice.

Our integration is designed to adapt to the changing landscape of Twitter's APIs. This guide provides an overview of what these adaptations mean for your experience.

Configuration

You can contact our support team to set up the Twitter integration by dropping an email to [email protected] with the Twitter handle(s) you wish to monitor. We will be happy to help set the integration up!

How does the Twitter Integration work?

Enterpret's Twitter integration uses Twitter's APIs to fetch mentions of your designated Twitter handle.

  1. Streamlined Tweet Ingestion: Working with Twitter's APIs, we ingest mentions of your added Twitter handles up to a daily cap which is configured while setting the integration up.

  2. Backfill of Historical Data: The integration will backfill tweets mentioning your handle from the past seven days. This allows you to see recent historical data upon setup.

We hope this guide has helped build an understanding of the Twitter integration and how it can help you streamline your customer feedback analysis. If you have any more questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team at [email protected].
