Overview

The Enterpret integration for Delighted allows your team to integrate customer survey responses from Delighted directly into Enterpret's data pipeline. This enables you to quantify and analyze both quantitative and qualitative responses at scale.

We require a token and ingest new data every 24 hours through our API integration system.

Note: Delighted was acquired by Qualtrics. Verify whether the integration still functions under the Delighted brand or if customers need to use a Qualtrics-based flow. Also confirm the 24-hour ingestion interval is still current β€” most other chat-based integrations use 4 hours.


Configure

Step 1: Retrieve Your Delighted API Key

Log in to your Delighted account and navigate to https://app.delighted.com/docs/api

You will find your API key displayed on this page.

Step 2: Add Delighted API Key to Enterpret

  1. Click on "Sign in with Google" and log in with your work email.

  2. Once logged in, click the logo icon on the left sidebar to open the integrations menu

  3. Select Integrations from the menu

  4. Search for and select Delighted from the available integrations

  5. In the form that appears, paste the API token you retrieved in Step 1

  6. Click Connect

Your Delighted integration is now active and will begin ingesting survey responses every 24 hours.
