Integrations play a fundamental role for our customers get the best value from their existing sources of feedback. Here is a quick overview about how our integrations work.

Integrations can be controlled only by admins of an organisation inside Enterpret.

We have 2 types of integrations:

  1. Inbound: Inbound takes data in. App Stores and chat bots are examples of in-bound data where we ingest data.

  2. Outbound: Outbound takes data out. In such integrations, we can send out data. An example of this is where the emails which users receive from Enterpret about their product.

There are 2 types of In-bound integrations:

  1. Pull-based Integrations: These type of integrations pull (ingest) data from the selected sources periodically. A majority of applications are pull-based where our customers specify what data they want Enterpret to digest.

  2. Push-based Integrations: These types of integrations are built for custom integrations and the customers push the data to us depending on what they want us to ingest. For example, if our customers want us to ingest x% of mails, then they push those mails to use and we digest them.

Integration Health monitor:

Every 3 hours, we run a check on whether the integrations across all active organisations are working fine. We do this by looking at their recency (freshness) , and raise an alert if the data is stale.
