Integrations play a fundamental role in helping customers get the best value from their existing feedback sources. Here is a quick overview of how integrations work in Enterpret.
Integrations can be controlled only by admins of an organization inside Enterpret.
Two types of integrations:
Inbound: Inbound integrations take data in. App Stores and chat bots are examples of inbound data where we ingest data from external sources into Enterpret.
Outbound: Outbound integrations take data out. In such integrations, we send data from Enterpret to external systems. Examples include Slack, Email, Jira, Linear, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and webhooks where users receive alerts or automated reports about their feedback.
Two types of Inbound integrations:
Pull-based Integrations: These integrations pull (ingest) data from selected sources periodically. A majority of applications are pull-based where customers specify what data they want Enterpret to digest.
Push-based Integrations: These integrations are built for custom integrations where customers push the data to Enterpret depending on what they want ingest. For example, if customers want Enterpret to ingest a percentage of emails, they push those emails to us and we digest them.
Integration Health monitor:
Every 3 hours, we run a check on whether the integrations across all active organizations are working fine. We do this by looking at their recency (freshness), and raise an alert if the data is stale.
Note: Since the October 2025 Enterpret 2.0 update, integrations are accessed via the left sidebar navigation instead of under the profile menu.
