Gainsight Communities Integration

Overview

Gainsight Communities is where your customers come together, sharing product ideas, engaging in conversations, and seeking answers to their questions. This valuable information often remains untapped. Enterpret's integration with Gainsight Communities illuminates these insights, offering a comprehensive understanding of your customers' thoughts on your product, its features, and more.

With Enterpret's Gainsight Communities integration, you can specify and ingest content from selected categories, aligning them with your feedback taxonomy.

Note

  • Enterpret's integration with Gainsight Communities pulls in Conversations and Questions from your selected categories, ensuring that only the relevant customer feedback is analyzed.

  • You can integrate multiple categories by selecting them.

How to Connect Gainsight Communities with Enterpret

  1. Click on your company logo at the bottom left to open menu options.

  2. Select integrations.

    The Enterpret account menu highlights Integrations.

  3. Once you are on the integrations page, click on the new integration button in the top right corner.

    The Integrations page highlights the New Integration button in the upper-right corner.

  4. Select Gainsight Communities.

    The integration picker search shows Gainsight Communities with a Continue button.

  5. Select Feedback Integration

    The Gainsight Communities integration-type chooser highlights Feedback Integration.

  6. Enter Client ID, Client Secret, Community Domain and select API Region

    Gainsight Communities setup includes Client ID, Client Secret and an API Region dropdown.

    • You can get API client ID and client secret, API region from the Gainsight CC platform with Admin privilege.

      In Gainsight Communities administration, open Integrations, select API, enter an OAuth2 client label and use Create an OAuth2 client; the page also lists the API region and base URL.

    • Add Community domain i.e URL where your community is hosted

      Gainsight Communities feedback setup includes credentials, API region and Community URL before clicking Integrate.

  7. Once you are done, click on the Integrate button.

  8. Go to Integrations -> Gainsight Communities -> Add New and select workspace (i.e Gainsight Communities 1 for new integration)

    The Gainsight Communities Add New menu lets you select an existing workspace or add another workspace.

  9. Select Category to subscribe for pulling feedbacks and click on Integrate button

    Integrate a Gainsight Category shows a category-selection dropdown for the selected workspace.

Once you have integrated, we will start ingesting data from your Gainsight Communities.
