The Enterpret Notifications Bot is the bot for Slack that delivers subscribed reports from Enterpret, directly to your Slack workspace so that you can share insights form customer feedback with your teammates.
Connecting Enterpret Notifications Bot
You can connect the Enterpret Notifications Bot by clicking on the SUBSCRIBE button at the top-right of any Feed or Dashboard.
Upon clicking SUBSCRIBE, a side-drawer would open up which would have the option to set-up Slack as a target for your reports. You can click on CONNECT SLACK to proceed.
The next step, is to connect the Enterpret Notifications Bot to your workspace. You can click Allow to proceed.
And that's it! You only need to configure the Enterpret Notifications Bot once with Enterpret. The next time you click on SUBSCRIBE on a Dashboard or a Feed, you'd see Slack already connected with the list of channels available for you to configure.
Disconnecting Enterpret Notifications Bot
If you need to Disconnect the Enterpret Notifications Bot, you can do so easily by entering the subscription menu, clicking on the three-dots next to the Slack selection box, and then clicking on Disconnect Slack.
Subscribing to a Reports
With the Enterpret Notifications Bot, you can subscribe to two types of reports on Slack:
Dashboard Reports
A Dashboard report is a PDF snapshot of your Dashboard delivered to your subscribed channels on Slack. This includes a link to the original Dashboard, and a PDF of the Dashboard that can be viewed directly on Slack.
Feed Report
A Feed Report is an AI-generated summary of the customer feedback in your configured Feed on Enterpret. This notification also includes links back to the Feed on Enterpret, and citations for summary claims that lead to feedback records.
