Stay informed about customer feedback without logging into the platform. Enterpret offers automated reports delivered by email or Slack on a schedule that works for your team. Reports can include Feed summaries and Dashboard snapshots.

Types of Reports

Enterpret supports two types of automated reports:

  1. Feed Reports β€” Summaries of feedback matching your configured Feed with your chosen filters and Wisdom queries

  2. Dashboard Reports β€” Snapshots of saved Dashboards with all their charts and metrics

All reports can be delivered by email or Slack at your chosen frequency: real-time, daily, weekly, or monthly.

Feed Reports

A Feed Report sends a digest of feedback matching your configured Feed. You control the filters, Wisdom query, and recipients.

Creating and Subscribing to a Feed Report

  1. Open Feed from the left navigation bar.

  1. Configure your filters and Wisdom query to capture the feedback you care about.

  1. Save your feed configuration.

  1. Click Subscribe in the top-right corner.

Configuring Your Subscription

  1. Add email recipients. Multiple people can subscribe to the same feed.

  1. Connect Slack channels. Both public and private channels are supported.

  1. Choose frequency: real-time, daily, weekly, or monthly.

  1. Click Subscribe to activate.

Using Reports with Private Slack Channels

To deliver reports to a private Slack channel, add the Enterpret Notifications Bot to that channel in Slack first.

  1. Open the private channel in Slack. Private channels show a lock icon (πŸ”’).

  1. Navigate to Integrations, then select Add an App.

  1. Search for "Enterpret" and add the Enterpret Notifications Bot.

Once added, the channel will appear as an option in your subscription settings in Enterpret.

Note: The Enterpret Notifications Bot is specifically for receiving reports. It is separate from the Enterpret Feedback Ingestion app, which serves a different function.

Dashboard Reports

Dashboard Reports send scheduled snapshots of a saved Dashboard with all its charts and data.

  1. Open the Dashboard you want to report on.

  2. Click Subscribe in the top-right corner.

  1. In the subscription window, add email recipients and/or Slack channels.

  1. Set a delivery frequency.

  2. Click Subscribe to activate.

πŸ“Š Dashboard Performance: Dashboards now load 75% faster with 70% less memory usage (November 2025). Reports based on dashboards reflect these performance improvements automatically.

Managing Your Subscriptions

To edit or cancel a subscription:

  1. Open the relevant Feed or Dashboard

  2. Click the active subscription indicator or Subscribe button

  3. Adjust recipients, channels, or frequency as needed
