Artifacts

Updated by Vaishnavi

The Enterpret Agent can produce files such as reports, slide decks, CSVs, or charts, where the required tools are available. These outputs are called artifacts. Request the format and source evidence you need, then open the generated file to check its contents, citations, and presentation before sharing.

What the agent can produce

The agent writes and runs code to build whatever the output format needs, so the range is wide:

  • Reports and documents: markdown, HTML, and export-ready PDF

  • Slide decks: PDF and PPTX

  • HTML dashboards

  • CSVs and charts

  • docx files

Ask for the deliverable in your initial request or a follow-up, for example: "Export this analysis as a PDF with source links and Enterpret styling." Open the generated file and review it before sharing.

Audio availability varies. Audio generation requires the appropriate tools and configuration. Check the capabilities available in your Session; do not assume a requested audio file can be generated in every workspace.

Check citations in the file. Generated reports can contain links to supporting feedback. Verify the counts, quotes, source links, and coverage in the actual export; a citation in the conversation does not guarantee every claim in a file is supported.

Review the presentation. You can request Enterpret styling for reports and decks. Check the generated layout and branding before treating the file as ready to share.

Share an artifact

When an artifact appears in the conversation, check its visibility before sharing its link. An org-readable generated artifact can be opened by a same-organization teammate with the link even if the conversation is private. A generated artifact marked private is restricted to its owner; uploaded inputs follow Session access. Sharing a file does not automatically share the conversation. You can also download a copy.

Frequently asked questions

Are the citations still usable in a shared artifact?

Source links can be usable in a shared artifact when the recipient can access the linked Enterpret records. Review the exported counts, quotes, and links first; missing citations or unsupported claims need verification.

Reports and recurring delivery

Start with Enterpret Agent to create a one-time report in the supported format you need. For daily reports, weekly summaries, or recurring digests, configure scheduled Agent automations and verify its delivery destination and actual output format. Add connectors where external context or supported actions are needed. A generated artifact alone does not create a recurring schedule.
