Overview
The Google My Business (GMB) integration allows you to directly ingest review data from all locations under your Google Business account into Enterpret.
How to integrate Google My Business?
1. Navigate to the Integrations Page
Click on Integration under profile menu.
2. Add New Integration
On the Integrations page, click on the + New Integration button.
3. Select Google My Business
From the list of available integrations, click the Connect button next to Google My
Business.
4. Select Feedback Integration
Choose Feedback Integration to proceed with connecting your GMB account.
5. Authenticate with Google
You will be redirected to Google's OAuth page. Log in with the Google account associated with your google business account.
6. Grant Permissions
You will be asked to grant Enterpret the following permissions. Click "Allow" to proceed.
7. Confirm Integration
Select the Google Business Account from the drop down menu for which you want to ingest the data.
Optional: Add Integration description to provide additional context that helps the prediction models understand the feedback more accurately.
Once you've selected the account and (optionally) added the description, click Save Changes.
And voilà, the integration is successfully set up!
Note: Each Google My Business integration is tied to one Google account. If you need to ingest reviews from a different Google account, you must create a new integration.
