How to save a Quantify?

Enterpret allows you to save your Quantify for future reference. This way, you don't have to recreate it whenever needed.

  1. To save a quantify, click on the SAVE button at the right top of the screen. A pop-up window will appear. For Example, here name it as 'Test Quantify'

    ​

  2. Name the Quantify and hit SAVE QUANTIFY , the Quantify gets saved to the 'Saved Items'. Visit there to check it out.


How to share a Quantify?

Voila! You've created your first Quantify report in Enterpret. Sharing it with your team can help you work more efficiently and collectively make data-driven decisions. It also lets you incorporate your Quantify into your work artefacts, such as PRDs.

There are multiple ways you can share a saved Quantify and an unsaved Quantify.

Share an unsaved Quantify

There are 2 ways to share an unsaved Quantify :

1. Copy Link : through the Copy Link Icon

You need to go to the right top of the screen where you will be able to find 5 options (Reset Quantify, Add to a Dashboard, Copy Link icon, Save button, 3 dot menu icon)

Click on Copy Link Icon, a pop-up window will open up asking to save the Quantify.

Enter a descriptive name and save the Quantify. Now click on the Copy Link Icon again, this time, the share link to your Quantify will be copied and a tooltip will appear at the left bottom to inform about it.

2. Export Quantify : through the 3 dot menu icon

You need to go to the right top of the screen where you will be able to find 5 options (Reset Quantify, Add to a Dashboard, Copy Link icon, Save button, 3 dot menu icon)

Click on 3 dot menu Icon, a small panel will open up, giving you 3 export options for sharing your Quantify.

Share an unsaved Quantify

To open a saved Quantify, go to the 'Saved Items' from the side navigation bar. Open the Quantify you want to share from the Saved Items. There are again 2 ways to share :

1. Copy Link : through the Copy Link Icon

You need to go to the right top of the screen where you will be able to find 5 options (Reset Quantify, Add to a Dashboard, Copy Link icon, Save button, 3 dot menu icon)

Click on the Copy Link Icon, the share link to your Quantify will be copied and a tooltip will appear at the left bottom to inform about it.

2. Export Quantify : through the 3 dot menu icon

You need to go to the right top of the screen where you will be able to find 5 options (Reset Quantify (Disabled), Add to a Dashboard, Copy Link icon, Save button (Disabled), 3 dot menu icon)

Click on 3 dot menu Icon, a panel will open up, giving you 3 export options under 'Export Quantify as' section, for sharing.


How to add Quantify to Dashboard?

There are two ways that you can add your Quantify to your desired Dashboard, one through the Dashboard screen, the other through the Quantify screen.

1. Through the Dashboard Screen

Steps to add a saved Quantify to a Dashboard through the Dashboard screen are displayed below :

  1. Navigate to the desired Dashboard through the side navigation bar to display the Anomalous Quantify chart that you have created.

  2. Click the ADD button in the top right corner of the dashboard.

  3. Choose Add Existing Analysis and select the appropriate analysis to include.

  4. Choose the Quantify for which you want to receive the Anomaly reports for from the Saved items.

    The Quantify will get added to the dashboard and will be displayed like this.

2. Through the Quantify Screen

Steps to add a saved Quantify to a Dashboard through the Quantify screen are displayed below :

  1. To the right top of the screen, you will be able to find 5 options (Reset Quantify (Disabled), Add to a Dashboard, Copy Link icon, Save button (Disabled), 3 dot menu icon). Click on the Add this Quantify to a Dashboard Icon.

  2. A panel will open up which will provide you option to Add the Quantify to an existing saved Dashboard or create a new Dashboard to add the Quantify to.

    After which, a tooltip at the left bottom will be visible informing that the Quantify has been added to the desired Dashboard.
