Gong is where your most important potential customers interact with you and provide feedback. Most of that feedback is hidden in call recordings. Enterpret's integration with Gong opens up that data. It's the best way to understand what your users think of your product, its features, and your competitors.

Key benefits

  • Run trend analysis on customer sentiment across calls

  • Identify win/loss patterns by segment or product area

  • Surface which features customers mention most in sales and support calls

  • Automatically summarize calls and manage your Gong call backlog

  • Use Wisdom to ask questions about call content and get citations back to the exact speaker and timestamp

Overview

Gong is a pull-based integration that ingests your Gong calls directly into Enterpret. Calls are fetched every 4 hours using OAuth. Once connected, they are automatically tagged with your Adaptive Taxonomy so you can analyze them in Quantify, Search, and Wisdom.

Important: Enterpret filters out any calls marked as private in Gong during ingestion. Any call not marked private becomes accessible to everyone in your organization from within Enterpret.

How to integrate Gong

  1. Click the Integrations option in the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the + New Integration button in the top-right corner.

  3. Search for Gong and click Continue.

  4. Select Feedback Integration as the integration type.

  5. You'll be redirected to Gong. Log in to your Gong account if needed.

  6. Click Allow to grant Enterpret the required OAuth permissions.

  7. Once authorized, you'll be returned to Enterpret. Gong will appear as a connected integration in your Integrations page. Calls will begin syncing within 4 hours.

Quote attribution from Gong calls

As of February 2026, when Wisdom or Quantify surfaces a specific quote from a Gong call, Enterpret now captures and displays the exact speaker name and timestamp within the call recording.

When you click on a quote citation from a Gong call, you'll see:

  • The exact quote text

  • The name of the speaker who said it

  • The timestamp in the call where the quote appears

This makes it much easier to trace feedback back to the specific customer statement and verify context.

Manage your Gong integration

To view or update your Gong integration settings at any time, go to Integrations and click on the Gong entry. From there you can see connection status and sync history.
