Start with Enterpret Agent to answer a feedback question or prepare a report. Describe the measure, scope, and period you need. For recurring reporting, daily summaries, or weekly digests, use scheduled Agent automations; add connectors for external context or supported actions. Use the Quantify controls below when you need to build or inspect a specific chart or calculation.
Quantify turns feedback and related customer data into numerical analyses that you can explore as charts and tables. Use it to examine how often topics occur, compare customer segments, or track changes over time.
When to use Quantify
Compare the feedback associated with product areas, requests, complaints, or sentiment.
Focus an analysis on a source, segment, or metadata value available in your workspace.
Measure feedback records or, where supported, linked users, accounts, and their numeric attributes.
Compare periods or filter-defined populations and investigate changes in a measured series.
An analysis is a configured query: what to group by, which data to include, the relevant time window, and what to measure. Available fields and measures depend on your data and the query you build.
Choose the right guide
| Your task | Guide |
|---|---|
| Create and save an analysis | Build your first Quantify analysis |
| Understand a query control or calculation choice | Quantify query reference |
| Read charts, check numbers, or investigate a change | Read and interpret Quantify results |
Quantify summarizes the data included in your query. Review the population and measure before using a result to make a product decision; a count or comparison does not by itself establish why a customer behaved a particular way.
